Mr. Frigstad has 4 years “MSc in Economics and Business Administration” study at the Norwegian School of Economics and Business Administration (NHH) and Prince2 certification in Project Management from SKEMA. He has held financial and management positions both within the financial markets and industrial sectors, whereof 18 years of experience from the geophysical and offshore industry from the publicly listed seismic companies Petroleum Geo-Services (PGS) and SCAN Geophysical from which the last 7 years he held the position as CEO (a listed company with a market cap of NOKb 2.5 involving a total staff of 300 people). He has held the position as CEO of MOORE Energy since 2009.
is educated at Ecole Supérieure d’Electricité et Mécanique in Paris. Raised in the international oil industry, he has 17 years experience from the geophysical and offshore industry, from the publicly listed seismic companies CGG, where he held various management positions during 10 years, and SCAN Geophysical, from which during the last 5 years as the Senior Executive Vice President and COO. He has 7 years experience from petroleum exploration as the founder and Chairman of the oil and gas company Millennium Geo-Venture as well as Bluebach Ressources. Together with Mr. Frigstad he has experience from building a new company to become listed with a market cap of NOKb 2.5.
has a Master of Science in Petroleum Engineering from Stanford University and a Petroleum Engineering degree from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology in Trondheim. She has more than 25 years of experience working in the oil and gas industry, both in Norway and internationally. Since 1998 she has worked on consultancy basis, as Senior Reservoir Engineer for Amerada Hess, Shell, Agip and Exxon Mobile, and earlier as Reservoir Engineer for Esso Norge and Total Norge. She has also held the position as General Manager for Smedvig Technologies and is currently serving on the board of several private and publicly listed companies.
